Cybersled X1 Required Hardware

Electronic Components

Main Electronics:

Select a motor atleast 40 mm diameter to prevent overheating. Maintain under 2000kv due to high gearing. Do not exceed a maximum motor diameter of 54mm.

Batteries:

  • Battery must be smaller than 140mm Length, 47mm Width, & 34mm Height

Option #1 (Everyday Use)

4s LiPo with a minimum of 1500MAH and a high discharge rating. This will provide ample power without being excessive.

Option #2 (Excessive Performance)

Dual 3s LiPo batteries in series (6s)

Given your Electronics capability, utilizing a 6s Lipo can enhance power output, yet it may hasten sled deterioration and introduce mechanical risks. Upgrading to an HTD 5M belt can prevent slippage. Stay tuned for our HTD 5M Belt upgrade kit.

Filament Recommendations

Recommended:

  • Handlebars, Ski Handles, & Hood Fasteners need to be printed in TPU Filament to ensure maximum functionality and strength.
  • All other parts can be printed with your preferred filament, though ABS Filament or PETG Filament is advised for impact strength & temperature resistance.
  • Remember that PETG is denser than ABS, so opting for it will lead to a heavier sled.

Filament Amount:

  • Approx. ≥250g TPU
  • Approx. ≥2-4kg ABS/PETG/PLA+

(Depends on Slicer Settings)

My Slicer Settings (Yours May Vary):

  • Tunnel: 4-5 Walls | 20-30% Infill
  • Body: 3 Walls | 18% Infill
  • Mechanically Demanding Parts: 6 Walls | 35% Infill
  • TPU Parts: 2 Walls | 12-15% Infill
