Commission and Royalty Agreement

As an authorized seller, you agree to a commission structure for each of our products you sell. This payment is to be made at the end of each month for all sales within that period.

Cybersled X1 Commission: $40 USD

**Example:** If you sell 3 Cybersled X1 units in a month, your payment to Mechanized at the end of the month would be **$120**.

**Note:** Sharing of any digital files is strictly prohibited and a violation of our Digital Content Copyright Prevention Act. If selling individual OEM parts, you agree to a 20% profit share.

Products sold by an authorized seller are not inspected or endorsed by Mechanized. The final pricing is determined at the seller's discretion. Mechanized provides no warranty and is not liable for any damages or negative outcomes resulting from units sold through a third-party seller.

Requirements to be an Authorized Seller

To maintain your status as an authorized seller, you must adhere to the following guidelines.

Application Process

• First, you must complete and submit our Commercial License Application form on our website.
• We will review your application and contact you via email regarding its status or if any additional information is needed.
• Upon acceptance, we will provide you with a copy of these rules and regulations to ensure you are fully aware of our terms.
• The final step is to submit photos of a fully assembled Cybersled X1 next to a signed piece of paper. This allows us to verify the quality of your work and that the signature on the paper is readable.

Print Quality Standards

• High load-bearing parts must have a minimum wall thickness of 4mm.
• Structural parts must have a minimum infill of 25%.
• All parts must be printed using high-quality filament.
• Strong layer adhesion is a must for all parts.
• A layer height of 0.2mm or smaller must be used on all complex shapes.

Customer Support Obligations

• You must provide the customer with the filament brand and colors used for their purchase.
• All customer queries should be responded to in a timely manner.
• You are expected to provide troubleshooting and assistance when requested by a customer.

Advertising and Promotion

• All promotional material must clearly credit Mechanized as the original designer.
• Your advertising must include a link to our official product page: https://mechanized.shop/products/cybersled-x1-classic-1-4-r-c-snowmobile-copy.
• You are only permitted to use photos or videos of sleds and parts you have personally created for your advertising.

Record Keeping and Reporting

You are required to maintain a detailed record of every sale, which includes:

• Filament brand, type, and color.
• Scale % (100, 125, 150).
• Any modifications used (you must have permission from the mod creator to use them).
• The name of the purchaser.
• The electronics used in the build.

Monthly Reporting

• You must provide a copy of the records for each sale. A form for submitting these records will be provided once your application is accepted.
